新しい論文 「Ultrasound-guided Achilles tendon rupture repair using knotless barbed suture: a cadaveric study」 が Journal of Medical Ultrasonics に掲載されました。 link.springer.com/article/10.100… 本研究は、アキレス腱断裂の治療における新しいコンセプトを提案するものです。 ごく小さな切開から、超音波ガイド下に結び目のないバーブドスーチャーを用いて、転位した腱断端をリアルタイムに整復・接合する超低侵襲な修復法を初めて報告しました。 固定力は従来のopen手術には及ばないものの、これまで手術が必要とされた症例を、より低侵襲で外来ベースにマネジメントできる可能性を示しています。 この手法は、機能を温存しつつ手術によるリスクを最小限に抑える、アキレス腱断裂治療の新たな道を拓くアプローチとなり得るかもしれません。

Evidence supports subacromial HA injections as a treatment option in rotator cuff tendinopathies that don’t respond to conservative care. Way healthier than CSIs. Some insurance plans cover it in 🇨🇦, not yet in 🇺🇸. Here’s our new publication on the topic: journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/17…
