3/I'm sober since January first and trying to eat clean and exercise so I have some sense of control and something that feels right in my life. But the situation I'm currently living in is nearly unliveable, haven't had a normal night of sleep since 2025 began and I'm afraid.

Need to vent and let some things off my chest right now. Don't wanna bother any person directly. Before I get into it just wanna say that I really really want to live and see better days and get to live a decent life someday. Currently I'm afraid if that's possible...

5/Almost everything in my life has fallen apart, moat relatives died and I feel so afraid and stuck. I genuinely can't put into words how sad I'm feeling. Few things keep me going one of which seeing my birthday this year and hopefully making it a bit more special than usual.

4/My mother's disease is not only extremely life altering for her but the amount of stress and trauma it causes me is so much. I hate how I'm forced to watch my own mother suffer so much and involuntary traumatize me while I can't do anything besides enduring it day and day.

2/My teens were very traumatic but I managed to keep myself afloat and changed my life for the better after highschool. got in the university and successfully graduated. Sadly past few years were the worst of my life and it feels like my efforts and hopes were for nothing.

1/My father was a medical doctor sailing with the military and died somewhat unexpectedly after suffering from illness on the day before Christmas when I was a teen. Shortly after we were forced out of my childhood home and my mom developed horrible disease suffering to this day

@WrestlingDazeYT I think the staging and the atmosphere were amazing! Liked the matches but men's rumble lacked impactful surprises such as Jericho or Hardy Boys. Satisfied with all winners (besides Gunter I guess, didn't wanna see AJ be gone from the WWE so soon) Overall 8/10 maybe.

@bryan_johnson I'm currently the most depressed I've ever been because of stressors I can't avoid or resolve in the present and past trauma. Almost every pillar in my life has fallen apart and while I'm very optimistic for the long term future of the world it's getting harder to see my own.

I've been in the depths of despair with depression. A state where nothing matters. No one can say anything to convince you otherwise. For those of you who've also been there or who are there now, what advice would you give others about how to speak with people in this state?

Sometimes I consider just kicking back and enjoying the ride. I do believe everything will work out well, regardless of what I do. It's just such a privilege to be alive right now. Don't die.
