I feel for you. Benzo dependence is no joke and should be managed with an MD. Also, there is a lot of research on how psilocybin rewires the brain in a way that allows you to let go of past trauma and negative thoughts which are often at the root of the problem. It’s worth looking into.

I AM NOT making this post looking for anyone to cheer me up "awww poor millionaire mike" Give a pep talk Look for sympathy I promise you that is not the case I don't want that at all Many of you look at me for inspiration but I wanna be real with you too You guy know because I just mentioned it recently that way back in the past I struggled with drug addiction after my fiance cheated on me Even went homeless lost my mind for a bit Lately the pills have crept back into my life... I had some personal stuff happen in the last couple months that honestly fd my mind up a bit I consider myself mentally strong....but it was alot had a setback Trading wise everything has been AMAZING im up alot on the year and in fact this month i've uncovered so much stuff about price made so much leaps in progress it's insane Been profitable for years and I genuinely feel like I leveled up to another place this month in regards to pa and my understanding of price action Even my content I truly feel has leveled up BY FAR My teaching has leveled up So everything is good in that regard no problem at all there. I'm productive But I struggle with insomnia at times....comes in phases. After all that personal stuff happens which I do prefer to keep private... My mind is a machine that sometimes just doesn't fuckin turn off So I turned to pills which help... but now it's a bit out of control I take INSANE amounts on xans every night (20 mg) sometimes more To some addicts that may not seem like alot....but it's way beyond what is healthy tolerance continues to grow and I know it's going to be a battle to kick it If you have dealt with benzo withdrawal you already fuckin know. It's the definition of living hell Wouldn't wish on my worst enemy you legit are convinced you are going to die my anxiety through the roof I hardly can talk constant shaking don't wanna even step outside because it's too overwhelming Everything is so intense I can't even put into words how bad it is I can go on and one Don't fuck with it if you are like me and have an addictive personality So what's the point of the post if im not looking for a pity party because I know most don't give a fuck about my problem and many have wayyyy worse shit to deal with The purpose of the post is no one is perfect even if they portray to be on social media I still live my dream life im a multi millionaire I trade fulltime I travel the world and now I get to help others do the same Im so blessed beyond measure and many would kill to be here But I have my demons still... Oh they don't leave for good they come back at your low moments when you get hit by life and try to deceive you the devil....that mfer is real That guy or gal you see acting like everything is all roses and sunshine most of em....they hiding something Not everyones demons are the same But we all got em Just don't let em destroy you I know myself and what I have overcome and I will beat this too....once again ANYTHING you are battling with fam....it's not here to destroy you but to build you Because at the end of the day pain does only two things Makes you weaker or stronger The choice is yours Mine will make me stronger

@M1Trades22 @ZenomTrader I am doing exactly this. With zero coding experience it took me only 3 weeks to find and optimize a robust and profitable strategy. It is 100% possible. Just pay special attention to rigorous backtesting methods.

@ZenomTrader whats your thoughts on attempting to code and backtest strategies through claude - with little to no coding experience? would you consider it possible?

Jim Simons’ fund was trading tens of thousands of strategies. I realized I’d been thinking about this the wrong way the whole time. I was focusing too much on individual strategies instead of on how fast I could test and discard them. I asked Claude Code to autonomously code strategies for me from scratch. It compiled them, debugged them on its own, ran the backtests, and came back with results. I did that over 500 times in 2 months. Most were garbage. Twelve survived. A full hedge fund in a single file. A normal trader tests maybe one idea per week, 50 per year if they’re serious. I do 50 in a day. Jim Simons didn’t win by having the best single strategy. He won because his team could test and discard faster than anyone else. As he put it: “If everyone is trying to solve the same problem, don’t do that.” I don’t need a team of PhDs. Just Claude Code on a laptop. The rest are still watching courses from scam gurus with no verified track record. Probably only 0.1% of the industry is doing this.
