This problem is widely remembered as one of the most difficult mathematics problems of its time, originating from the International Mathematical Olympiad. In 1988, when the IMO was held in Australia, the final question—Problem 6—became legendary for its extreme difficulty. Only 11 students managed to achieve a perfect score on it. Even Terence Tao, a 13-year-old prodigy representing Australia at the time and later a Fields Medalist—the highest honor in mathematics—scored just one point on this problem. What makes the story even more remarkable is that when the problem was reviewed by the panel of experts before the exam, even they were unable to solve it. Despite this, it was still included in the competition.

This question has no correct answer. And the proof takes 30 seconds. If the answer is 25%, two of four choices say 25% (a and d). So your probability of randomly picking it is 50%, which means 25% was wrong. If the answer is 50%, one of four choices says 50% (c). So your probability of randomly picking it is 25%, which means 50% was wrong. If the answer is 60%, one of four choices says 60% (b). So your probability of randomly picking it is 25%, which means 60% was wrong. Every option self-destructs when you check it against itself. 25% implies 50%, 50% implies 25%, 60% implies 25%. The question creates a logical loop where no answer can survive its own selection. This is a version of the liar's paradox dressed up as a multiple choice exam. "This statement is false" breaks logic with language. This breaks it with probability. The self-reference makes the system eat itself. The only winning move is to understand why the game was rigged before you picked.

Foreigners (many caught up in the government's crackdown on Russian "birth tourism") sued, claiming only judges should have the power to grant citizenship. This ruling shuts that argument down. Bottom line: The stricter rules—including the mandate for two years of continuous residency without leaving the country—are here to stay. The government recently passed a decree (DNU 366/2025) changing the rules. Now, foreigners have to apply through a government administrative agency (the National Directorate of Migrations) via a digital system. 🇷🇺The Lawsuit: A foreigner (identified in the court documents only by their initials, D.G.) filed a lawsuit saying, "This new rule is unconstitutional! The government specifically created this new decree (DNU 366/2025) to shut that pipeline down, taking the power away from lenient judges, moving it to Migraciones, and adding strict new residency requirements. As a result, almost all of the lawsuits currently fighting this new decree in federal court have been filed by Russian citizens who got caught in the middle of the rule change.

When GTA 4 launched, GTA San Andreas revenue collapsed. When GTA 5 launched, GTA 4 went to zero overnight. The installed base resets. The online economy resets. The microtransaction flywheel that took a decade to build resets. Day one of GTA 6 is also the last day of GTA Online's current economy. If GTA 6 launches and the online mode takes 18 months to reach GTA Online's current engagement levels, that's over a billion dollars in opportunity cost during the transition window. If it takes longer, the number gets worse. The $3 billion development cost isn't the risk. The risk is killing a $700 million annual revenue stream before its replacement is ready to print at the same rate. Every delay is Rockstar protecting the most profitable entertainment product ever made while making sure its successor can match that run rate on arrival. The game will ship when the online infrastructure is bulletproof. The single player campaign has probably been done for a while.
