i definitely notice a bigger impact when i take CBD every day, with not much benefit from taking it adhoc. i was a CBD non-believer, now i definitely recommend it.

They're speaking to their buyers as humans, first. People who are stressed about failure, or feeling blind to the tools needed to move the needle. Super clear, accessible language. Only way to improve would be to explicitly mention who their target buyers are. But still, A+!

@aliciaverbs @TaraViswanathan Yeah, I used to review Glassdoor often back in the days but feel like it's not really part of my process anymore. I wonder if that's similar for others.

A candidate we rejected in the final round interview just called me and asked for feedback. I shared exactly why we said no. He listened and genuinely wanted to learn how he could be better. I kinda want to hire him now 😂🙌

Someone should make a message board where folks can openly share these types of experiences, either anonymously or not, cuz otherwise there's zero accountability.

@anandp29 @TaraViswanathan Another time I had verbally agreed contract terms with a VP Growth at Freetrade, next step they were gonna draft & send through. But the dude ghosted my weeks of attempts to contact. A year later I emailed him again just asking wtf happened, still no reply. It's wild out there.

@anandp29 @TaraViswanathan Once I got lovely feedback thru many interviews, followed by a whiplash rejection. I asked for feedback and was told "your work samples, speaking skills, and background did not meet our bar." 24 hrs prior they said: "we're so lucky to be speaking w/ you!" Left my head spinning!
