Had an issue with AirPods Pro- eligible for Apple Recall program. However, asked @AppleSupport to make an exception since I didn’t knew about the program and it was time barred by 2 months. @AppleSupport made unilateral decision with some shocking statements @tim_cook

@AppleSupport I’ve removed iOS 11 Beta profile and still getting this pop up every time I unlock my phone. Currently on iOS 11.2 Please help

iOS 11.0.2 eating IPhone7 battery like crazy. @AppleSupport diagnostic says “all okay” but it drops by 5% as I type this @tim_cook pls hlp

@AppleSupport It happens with all apps. I’ve restarted the phone, hard Rebooted it n also tried a complete battery drain and charging it full in one go
