@MBonvoyAssist please refund the reservations you cancel. Don’t tell me to talk with my bank. Already did. It was rejected because it was full payed in August. Reservations: 74489731 and 74523878. Marriot must refund.

@Marriott @MBonvoyAssist I booked Sonder through Marriott Bonvoy. On November 9, 2025, I received a cancellation notice stating that the refund would be processed within 7 business days. I still have not received the refund. I urgently request the refund of the amount paid.
