Over the last 4–5 months, everything started to change at @motork. When I say everything, I mean literally everything. We found our groove with AI. We found processes that worked (after trying ones that didn't). We found the right people to focus on the right things. We found a way through some ugly codebases. We are nowhere near perfect, but we’ve grown a lot as an organization. For every problem we've encountered, we have diligently forced ourselves to use AI to solve it first, even if it was the slower solution at first. We believe that this trial by artificial fire has many benefits. You understand what AI can do only after spending endless hours tinkering with it. You should go into the rabbit hole; you should waste time; you should get lost; you should try 100 tutorials; you should feel overwhelmed. AI is so central to us at this point that working with people who are not believers in AI is a net negative. For all candidates we interview, we now notice when they are not deeply familiar with using AI. We don't expect people to have 3+ years of AI experience, but we expect them to be obsessively tinkering day in and day out. Every Monday, I wake up with a long to-do list of things to try that I read about over the weekend. But today is different because we're launching: motork.ai It is our new website and represents how we are approaching work in 2026: Very small teams can do very big, high-quality work. Craft is more important than ever. User experience is at the forefront of decision-making. Engineers, QA, sales—everyone cares about this much more than before. Over the next 2–3 months, you will see a significant upgrade to all our products. The impressive part is how we've executed these changes. I'll share more on that later. For now, just enjoy the eye candy.

built my own personal assistent device that runs OpenClaw. I was curious what the smallest form factor could be that fits in my pocket so I wanted to use the Pi Zero W. Works via Push to Talk->Transcribe->Sends to OpenClaw and streams the response back.
