@CherylM21 @tlrowanrmt To add to what @tlrowanrmt said, not everyone is looking for the same massage. Everyone has a preference. If we are registered, we have passed the provincial exams and are licenced.

@alirmt @tlrowanrmt I’m an accountant so I’m not familiar with RMT hiring practices. But many of my former interviews have required practical portions where I display the skill they are hiring for (in my case spreadsheet building/manipulation). Why should that never be part of an RMT interview?

@CherylM21 @tlrowanrmt Hopefully they are just narrowing the field but not to have the “finalists” do a hands on assessment. That should never be part of a job interview for an Rmt.
