We did Handies Peak which is known as an “easy” 14er and i wasn’t sure id make it up for probably 80% of the hike. People in this state who’ve done multiple and would call this “easy” are built differently.

Did my second (and probably last, i realized i am not cut out for this life,) 14er yesterday and I’m breaking my comittment against this place to tweet photos of it. Truly nothing in the world like 14,000 feet up in the San Juan Mountains. Life-changing experience.

The only pride discourse we should be engaging this year is begging @CenterOnColfax to do something about the water situation next year. It is unacceptable that in this heat, our only choices for water are waiting in a massive line or paying $10.
