When you say “This administration will not be intimidated by lawlessness” are you referring to LA or the administration itself (as in “will not be intimidated to relinquish its lawlessness”)? Maybe eliminate the carriage return between the sentences to make the connection to LA clear. Otherwise, people will jump to the obvious other conclusion, like I did. Thank you.

This administration will not be intimidated by lawlessness. We will stand by the FBI agents tracking down violent criminals, by the guardsmen, local police, and Marines restoring order, and by the ICE agents enforcing our immigration laws. President Trump will not back down.

I think “invasion” is typically reserved for something on the scale, intent and potential for harm like Russia invading Ukraine. I think Zelenskyy was trying to explain this before you interrupted him. To further the example, if the President ordered an invasion of Greenland, and you and some hillbilly buddies went there, waved a US flag and burned a sled, I don’t think President Trump would agree that you had launched his intended invasion.

One of the main technical issues in the immigration judicial battles is whether Biden's border crisis counted as an "invasion." So now we have foreign nationals with no legal right to be in the country waving foreign flags and assaulting law enforcement. If only we had a good word for that...
