I had an idea that detectives/investigators/self made crime solvers should be scaled based on the evidence they use to bust the perp.
And while it works for a lot of them, it ignores the very important factor which is that they may be terrible at using said evidence.

@alivebonecat I mean, across his long life its never been a human that came in with the steel chair, and its not just that it spites him, it spites louis as well, whose final “command” was to not harm Daniel. Overall, well def see more in s3, but the conditions are v different from the books

Heres my hot take. There was never any mystery behind the circumstances of daniels turning. Its all 1+1. Armand was in the room when daniel said he didnt want the gift anymore -> daniel, who armand already disliked, dismantled his relationship -> he did the most distasteful thing
