@all_day_ @ReissOmari And I think the six months is key - they leave it with a temporary surface until the work has settled. Agree it looks bad, but understandable if it will eventually be fixed.

Those paving slaps probably look really nice in someone’s garden.
There should be a policy that utility companies put public realm back to how they found it, how is it fair to spend money on new paving for them to replace it with tarmac with no repercussions?
