We have multiple methods of security which range from a one time pin, security questions and taking characters of a password. @EE , I'm trying to get a PAC for a mobile on my wife's account. Texting for it doesn't work as there used to be multiple numbers on the account. Calling doesn't work, she has forgotten her password and/or secret codes, so she fails security and you hang up. This is your website.

@EE Nope, like I said they informed my wife she failed security questions and ended the call. It happened more than once too. What kind of info should I tell her to get ready before she calls?

@allan_pinder Hi Allan, there are various security methods we use. If you have not been able to pass security over the phone they will advise of the next steps. Did the team advise you what to do?

And it has been saying this for months now. The service is always down and you're trying to get it working, on website and app. How is she meant to sort this issue out??

@EE Just a little. To reiterate, there's multiple reasons we'd rather not call. My main question is actually how much longer @EE needs to work on restoring the online service? It's not very accessible...

@EE . Been trying to get a PAC for a SIM. Months your online page doesn't work. Would rather not call. This is day 1 attempt 1 of me trying to access this.

@EE Yes we have. It is the only one left on the account, but still requires a call. Which isn't suitable for us.

@allan_pinder Hey Allan, have you tried texting PAC to 65075? This option however will not work if you have multiple lines on your account.

@EE , why does your app and website not work when I click on "leave EE"?? I can't text for a PAC as multi numbers on account. I'd rather not speak to someone. Can you fix this at all??
