I couldn't believe they cuffed him while he was bleeding out and barely conscious to reply when they asked him his name multiple times. The dispatcher that took the call must be questioned on why an ambulance was not sent with the police when he was told there was blood coming out of Henry's mouth. He said he would send an ambulance. Henry should've been rushed to the hospital not cuffed!
