Attending the UHB disability conference was a privilege. Hearing inspirational stories from @mobelal3 @thealexmanners @suzanneglover0 @TheRealMyth & Bernie Lynch + the adversities they have faced was truly incredible. I've never been moved by a conference until today. @uhbtrust

I wanted to share some personal news. After 15 incredible years, I will be bidding farewell to my current role and the NHS. The last 15 years @uhbtrust have been the privilege of a lifetime. I am eternally grateful for the amazing colleagues I have worked with along the way

Middle management sometimes overlooked but often have some of the widest spheres of influence in an organisation. Have always said should spend more time with operational managers at this level and reap the benefits
