I knew this would happen again…
I’m sorry, my little one, I failed you once more. 💔
Yesterday, I asked for help to provide her treatment that had run out days ago, but I was met with great silence… and today, I write with a trembling heart, because Lucy suddenly lost consciousness and has not woken up until now. Her health has deteriorated severely, and she is now critically ill, fighting between life and death.
I swear I tried everything I could, knocked on every door, and left no path unexplored… but today I stand helpless, terrified, watching her slip away from me little by little without being able to save her.
The thought of losing her is suffocating me… and I will never forgive myself if anything happens to her.
Please… if there is even a small piece of compassion in your hearts, do not leave us alone.
Even the smallest help could mean life for her… could bring her back to me before it’s too late. 💔

Unfortunately, now, a child and a kitten share the same reality… both waiting for something to eat. Small hands are cold. Tiny stomachs stay empty. Around them, the rescued cats sit quietly, hoping there will be food today. What we have now are fragile shelters, broken walls, and long nights where simply making a small meal feels like a miracle. We are not asking for comfort. Only for the chance to keep fragile lives safe children and furbabies who depend on us to survive. 💚🌿🕊Everyone around me is fine today, praise be and thanks to God, my dear ones, but things remain concerning and it's frightening not to know what's going to happen to us. If they continue to stop all aid from entering, soon we are going to experience famine and suffering unlike anything that we have felt before, I am sorry to say.. People are truly hungry, and the lack of medicine and health initiatives are causing disease and sickness to spread in a truly concerning way. My son is thankfully better now from his rash, but other children and even adults I know have gotten it too. We were able to to buy him medicine, but many families won't be able to afford this, and it's very sad, my dear friends. Please help our community by donating to our cruelty free initiative, where we give the poor families some cash to help their situation.. I also wanted to tell you that we have 1860 shekels left to pay the kind man for the pet food, my wonderful friends. This is around $600 to pay before we are able to buy anything more for our cats. We will need food in under three weeks time, my dear ones, and it would make things much easier for me to have your help to pay this off. 🫂🌿🐾💚I am very relieved to tell you that I was able to sleep a little last night, which I needed very much, my dear and wonderful friends.. I have just returned from paying the pet merchant, where I gave him all of your generous donations to help us pay off our debt. He was very grateful and we had a talk about the many stray cats on the street and their urgent need for help. He told me many families are coming to see him in a frantic state, they have a hungry pet but no money to buy food for them and they don't know what to do. I'm very sad at this news, my dear friends, although it isn't surprising to me. Families can't even feed their children, and it is a level of desperation and vulnerability I had never experienced before this terrible war. There's still a small sum left to pay the man for the food before I can buy anymore and my own bank account is now empty as I gave him everything I could. Will you help us continue going forward please, my dear ones? I would be so grateful to have your continued support. I am saving up to give our friends in the cruelty free camp a good sum for their monthly needs and I try to always have some on the side for the families who approach us with urgent needs.
