@AllstateCanada 2026 and still no anti theft policy! Your raise people's rates using theft as a excuse. Even if you have a clean record. I installed a top of line immobilizer, costing $1600. I didn't get 1 cent discount. Knowing my vehicle will not get stolen.

@AllstateCanada Your auto policy's "Your local Allstate agent" staying in the same location for the life terms when clients move out of an area is utter nonsense. The only way we're able to transfer to a local agent is to cancel our auto policy & reapply with the local office, losing our historical good standing zero deductible. Stupid. Just received an email about a convenient optional add-on to our auto policy to cover 50kms towing to the nearest garage. 50kms is useless in northern Ontario 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 #whatajoke We are not students planning to move back to our parent home, we relocated hundreds of miles away for good. Make it make sense. And don't bother asking for a DM, we've gone blue in the face for the past 5 years speaking to numerous agents, supervisors, managers, even head office to no avail, and every time it was down to company policies. We just want this to serve as a caveat to anyone with an Allstate Canada auto policy that if they relocate be prepared to still have your agency office anchored to your original policy office.
