@CryptoAnon94 The reply (@GigaTheMinter) is right. pDAI cannot peg to $1 (or be restored/minted via uncull) using the mechanism described in the original post. The uncull path is blocked by the actual contract state and logic.

NineIron is correct about the uncull. It is a real function within the D3M contract. It requires culled = 1 & Vat Live = 0. In simple terms, it requires it to be post-ESM to call it. It will then be able to mint the pDai owed to pMakers lending markets. pDai to $1
