@SamsungUK No! Ive had to empty my full dispensers and clean them (again), do a drum clean and now do a further two washes and take photographic evidence. Wasting my time and money throwing away my detergent and softener. Then I have to call back.

@SamsungUK 40 minutes on phone. My washing machine was “repaired” 2 weeks ago BUT still isn’t working properly... Terrible customer care: making me jump through pointless hoops that I’ve already done before they’ll send out an engineer again. Grrr!

@vinted @vintedUK absolutely shocked that you can’t help resolve an issue caused by your system error and inposts faulty return. Awful customer service.

@santanderuk why is it taking you so long to find and return money that my in-laws accidentally sent to our closed account... as there is no account it should have been returned immediately to where it came from. It’s been a month and lots of calls to both banks.

@JLcustserv No link provided. Is there or is there not a problem with the John Lewis website? Making calls takes time, and I can’t put it down if one of my children require my attention.

@JLcustserv My local John Lewis store is about an hour away. I prefer at this time of year (and generally) to avoid shops. It’s a shame as I’ve always been a very good customer and not had a problem using my phone. I’m assuming that ordering through your phone is now not available.
