Good morning Happy Friday. 🍂☕️🍂 What a beautiful fresh crisp autumnal morning. Love it. Well after a tough day yesterday it’s time to start a brand new day. Losing someone you love is just horrible. Life is a bastard sometimes but it’s also a stark reminder on the fragility of life & how we just can’t take anything for granted because ultimately tomorrow isn’t promised. We woke up today… what a bloody gift that is, it’s so magical. Take a moment this morning to fully appreciate being here, take a big deep breath of fresh air, listen to the birds singing their tits off, drink your coffee that little bit slower & fully appreciate what you have. Sometimes loss is a reminder that one day we won’t be here. I’ve always had a lot of respect for successful sportsmen and women, the dedication and commitment they have to channel for so many years to get to the top. But my goodness, listening to @SallyGunnell yesterday took that respect to a whole new level. Cue: total fan girl moment 😍
