@alnwickarts Ooh err! Land registry map search doesn't come up with anything for this bit, I bought their neighbouring deeds but no inkling. So think I need to go to the records office

Does anyone have any ideas about finding the owner of a bit of unregistered land in Essex? Neighbouring property deeds don't shed any light, local residents or parish council can't (won't?!) either. Have you searched for something similar? Tips and tricks welcome!

@HamiltonsHens Yes you can search areas so can put in postcode/street etc and see who owns - we’re knee deep in trying to buy house which is part unregistered 🙄

@PirateMagpie I rushed ours to the vet last week after coughing sneezing fits when she seemed to really struggle . Only for her to sneeze a massive piece of grass out of her nose cm by cm in front of an amused vet 🙄

Just pulled a four inch strand of decomposing grass from the cats nostril with tweezers. It just kept coming. No wonder he’s been sneezy.

Sadly I had to make the kindest decision for Sakura today and let her go. Some losses hit us harder and she really has. I just want to scream and shout and tell the world to stop eating eggs, it's not fair on her, it just isn't worth their suffering. Fly high sweetheart x

Still no suitable applications for Leo. He’s a lovely lad who knows his own mind. He has no issue with being left. Fully house trained but reactive and can resource guard. No children, no other pets, north east areas only. Message direct if you can be his forever human.
