Implications of the Executive Order signed by the FG not Tinubu establishing a Coordinated Regulatory Framework for VIRTUAL ASSETS: 1: Economic diversification: Nigeria is one of the world’s largest crypto markets by adoption. -(a): A coordinated framework could support innovation, job creation, and growth in the digital economy -(b): Fraud Prevention -(c): anti money laundering: the framework strengthens Knowledge your customer and AML/counter-terrorism making it more difficult to use virtual assets for illicit financing activities. -(d): regulations will be coordinated by one agency. -(e): Tax Implications: as the market becomes more formalized, tax compliance is likely to improve, potentially increasing govt revenue from digital asset-related activities. 2: digital assets players read ooooooo

@sowore @MamaPee__ @Peter4Nigeria @sowore Damage control is what u get when activism is diluted with politics. Kudos to Gani Fawehinmin, Fela Kuti, Dele Giwa, ken Saro-Wiwa of pleased memories. - true activists that brought changes without joining politics.

Last night, the AI-generated images I used to depict what I consider the EFCC's misplaced priorities in the ordeal involving our activist comrades, @MamaPee__ and @Peter4Nigeria (Peter For Nigeria), were misconstrued by many. They were intended solely as symbolic illustrations of what I view as the @officialEFCC 's joblessness in this matter and were never meant to slight or misrepresent either comrade. I sincerely apologize to @MamaPee and @Peter4Nigeria if the images caused any offense or made them feel slighted in any way. T That was never my intention. My solidarity with them remains unwavering, and my criticism is directed at the @officialEFCC 's actions, not at those who have been subjected to victimization by @officialEFCC . "The @officialEFCC has become a symbol of joblessness and misplaced priorities. The real economic and financial criminals appear to be beyond its reach, while the agency increasingly devotes its energy to pursuing easier targets. An institution created to combat corruption should focus relentlessly on grand corruption, public asset theft, money laundering, procurement fraud, and the looting of public resources, not distractions that undermine public confidence in its mission. @officialEFCC is finished!"

This interview of Prof. Chidi Odinkalu just made me realize two things. 1. “An Igbo Professor thinks like an Igbo trader when it comes to tribal conversations.” 2. We need more mental institutions in this country.

For the records: 1. Seyi Makinde didn't call UN when the victims were kidnapped 2. Seyi Makinde continued with his presidential ambition declaration despite the incident 3. Seyi Makinde did not admit the FG had been working on the issue while he was partying around until a team from Abuja arrived and he admitted 4. Seyi Makinde pointed accusing fingers at LAGOS not using àmọ̀tẹ́kùn When he was asked about Àmọ̀tẹ́kùn in the state. 5. Seyi Makinde was in Bauchi claiming there was no attack in Ọ̀yọ́ state for 7 years until few hours after he declared his presidential ambitions. 6. We did not see any outlined efforts made by the state to support the FG for the rescue aside from visiting the family of the victims and offering them rice. The big question is, what does Seyi Makinde what? The victims not being released? Taking the glory for the release or exonorating himself from the whole brouhaha?

The people who have ruined Nigeria for decades, and today, the All Progressives Congress @officialapc government under Bola Ahmed Tinubu @officialABAT , have repeatedly directed their persecution at me, my family, my comrades, my colleagues, and my friends. They targeted my education, resulting in my expulsion from the University of Lagos @UnilagNigeria twice. They seized my @officialnyscng certificate, hoping I would never secure employment after graduation. They have repeatedly confiscated my travel documents, especially my international passport (using wicked judges and lawless DSS), keeping me separated from my family for extended periods. They have imprisoned me, prosecuted me, assaulted me, shot at me, harassed those around me, murdered my brother, and tried to break my resolve. But they have failed. Persecution cannot defeat conviction, and these acts will not delay their day of judgment. #TakeItBack #Sowore2027 #RevolutionNOW

Content Creator And Publisher Of Igbo Times Remanded In Prison Over False Publication Against Gov Charles Soludo The Anambra State Police Command has arraigned the owner and publisher of Igbo Times Magazine and iNews, Mr. Ejike Ofoegbu, over allegations of publishing false and defamatory reports against the family of the Anambra State Governor. The police said the defendant was brought before a competent court on Monday following investigations into a petition alleging that he published fabricated and misleading information capable of damaging the reputation of the governor’s family and inciting public disaffection. According to the Command, the arraignment followed the transfer of the suspect from the Department of State Services (DSS) in Awka to the police for further investigation and prosecution. Police spokesperson, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, said the court subsequently ordered the remand of the defendant in a correctional facility pending further proceedings. The Command stated that it would not make further comments on the matter to avoid prejudicing the ongoing judicial process. The police also urged journalists, publishers and media practitioners to verify information thoroughly before publication, stressing the need to uphold the ethics of responsible journalism and comply with existing laws regulating the dissemination of information.
