Proxima Remote Access makes your Unity app available to debug over the internet. This is perfect QA - anyone on the team hitting an issue can quickly ask a developer to log in and start debugging, or even log in themselves to download player logs and send them to the devs.

Proxima lets Unity developers connect to an app from a web browser to view gameObjects and logs, and to issue console commands. But up until now, you had to be on the same local network and find the game's IP address.

On top of that, most of the options you'd find in the Unity settings are now available from the command line. No need to hunt down hidden Player Settings every time you need a new kind of build.

MINIMUM steps to distribute a #unity app on #apple hardware: 0. Get an Apple developer account. (and pay $99) 1. Create an app on App Store Connect. 2. Export the Unity project to xCode 3. Configure Xcode for the app and add provisioning details. 4. Build the project in Xcode. 5. Archive the project. 6. Upload the archive to Test Flight or the App Store. #iOS #visionOS #macOS #gamedev

I have a *lot* of experience with build and deploy systems from my 20 years of enterprise web but I'm abandoning @unity @Steam automation cos they don't even do the basics properly. It's appalling. Can't even pass in build # to Unity batchmode and WTF format is VDF?
