@HashashinTag @GAZITCGF511 @aamullanee i386 package does have a broken version conflict with the trixie kernel. Can be frustrating for newbies. Glad all your family’s machines work well. Both OS are vastly different despite being a “fork”, both uses different kernel versions, HWE, and compatibility modifications.

@alpayon @GAZITCGF511 @aamullanee Nah it still supports 32-bit apps and games on a normal 64-bit install. Never had an issue and my entire family uses debian (and all are avid gamers). Also Ubuntu is literally a debian fork lmao

@HashashinTag @GAZITCGF511 @aamullanee Trixie doesn’t fully support 32 bit so it will be an issue if he wishes to game. Best for beginners will always be something popular like Mint or Ubuntu.
