#BrutalismInvesting The country is old. Four thousand years of stone and struggle. Men have crossed these mountains with swords, with flags, with promises. None stayed long. The land stayed. The people stayed. And in the end, only the numbers mattered. Georgia is a place where a man can still build something clean. The taxes are light. The laws are simple. The air is sharp in the mornings, and the sea carries its own kind of truth. If you want to build a retirement in two years, you start here. Not because it is easy, but because it is honest. Tax Efficiency A man should not pay more than he must. That is the first rule of survival. In Georgia, the state takes little and asks for less. You keep what you earn. You keep what you build. You keep what you can defend. There is no artifice in this. It is the clean edge of a knife. A flat tax. A simple code. Money stays where it belongs — with the one who made it. Capital Growth Growth comes like the dawn. Slow at first, then all at once. Cities rise from concrete and rebar. Cranes swing above the Black Sea. The mountains watch and say nothing. A man who buys early buys well. A man who buys with discipline buys better. You do not chase the market. You stand still and let the market come to you. In Georgia, it is coming. Income Income is the quiet companion of old age. It does not boast. It does not shout. It arrives each month like a letter from an old friend. Apartments fill. Tourists return. The city hums with the small commerce of ordinary life. A man who owns well sleeps well. A man who rents well eats well. And in the end, that is enough. The Brutalist Way Brutalism is not a style. It is a decision. To build with what is strong. To discard what is weak. To trust the weight of concrete and the weight of numbers. There are three requirements. There are four principles. There are ten rules. But beneath them all is one truth: A retirement is not given. It is constructed. Block by block. Choice by choice. In a land that rewards the man who builds with purpose.

@realBigBrainAI Moderate IQ and EQ are needed for successful leadership. We are social creatures, and we definitely will follow a leader who interacts with us at all levels.

Marc Andreessen says raw intelligence might be the worst qualification for leadership — and it changes everything about how we should think about AI. "If the leader is more than one standard deviation of IQ away from the followers, it's a real problem." Andreessen points to the US military, one of the earliest and most rigorous adopters of IQ testing, as the source of this insight. They slot people into specialties and leadership roles based on IQ scores. And over the years, they kept seeing the same pattern. A leader who is significantly less intelligent than their people struggles to model how those people think. That part is intuitive. But the reverse turns out to be equally true. "It's actually very hard for very smart people to model the internal thought processes of even moderately smart people." A leader who is two standard deviations above the norm of the organisation they're running also loses theory of mind, that ability to hold an accurate model of what's happening inside someone else's head. The gap is too wide in both directions. Andreessen then takes this to its logical conclusion: "If you had a person or a machine that had a thousand IQ or something like it, its understanding of reality would be so alien to the people or the things that it was managing that it wouldn't even be able to connect in any sort of realistic way." An AI that vastly outthinks every human in the room isn't positioned to lead those humans. It's positioned to be completely incomprehensible to them. Leadership has never really been an intelligence problem. It's a connection problem. And no amount of raw intelligence closes that gap — past a certain point, it only widens it. The world will not be run by the smartest thing in the room for a long time. Maybe ever.

Knowing how to keep quiet with clean execution under pressure. I handle business that sometimes never sees the light of day. You point, I deliver. Survived the matrix, built real assets, and never folded. I make money, not excuses. Tell me the mission—I’ll make it profitable cos I’m Chinese

@Irenezhao_ It could be the best of those you mentioned above in terms of infrastructure; however, if it has a culture of snitching and total obedience to gov policies like convid jabs, then this is not the best place to be when shit hits the fan.

Singapore is the best country in the world I like it all: 🇸🇬 Culture: Joining a 45-minute queue because "if there is a line, it must be good." 🇸🇬 People: Professional complainers who will still defend the country to the death if a tourist joins in. 🇸🇬 Hawker food: Sweating under a plastic fan to eat a $5 Michelin-starred chicken rice 🇸🇬 Safety: Using a $2,000 iPhone to reserve seat at a food court. 🇸🇬 Efficiency: Touching down at Changi and being home before the flight crew has even left the plane. Name a better country, I’ll wait

The Julian calendar is a tell-tale sign of our disconnect from nature. • September (Septem = 7) • October (Octo = 8) • December (Decem = 10) We’re celebrating the "New Year" in a dead season instead of the spring rebirth. We haven't just lost the rhythm; we’ve lost the plot.

the real new year isn't on january 1st. it's actually today, March 20th, on the spring Equinox. Ancient Rome changed it to January to account for taxes. but when they did this all other months fell out of alignment. October from Oct should really be the 8th month and December from Dec the 10th. because of this we're no longer in tune with the proper solar cycle and that's why the end of the year feels rushed. it's also way more powerful to set New Years resolutions in Spring as everything is blooming. nobody wants to start a new habit when they're freezing their ass off. so Happy New Year. today's your day to start fresh.

Uncomfortable truth: Every organisation has that employee who lacks the qualifications for the position they are holding... that's the one who does the spreading of falsehoods. That’s the CEO's pawn. He knows he's unemployable outside the organisation so he has to try to be relevant to the CEO. His 1st job every morning is to rush to CEO's office just to say "Good morning my one and only." He hates formal systems and channels because they'll expose him. Every new CEO shall keep inheriting him and using him. He's the most disliked in the organisation. Gossip, sabotage, noise... is his job description. He knows he’s incompetent but jow else can he stay relevant other than being nosey and noisy.
