Hello @AsdaServiceTeam After 17 days and 4 phone calls I still haven't received the £150 refund I've been waiting for, nor have I received the promised phone call or email. I'm sick of being patient - I need this dealt with ASAP!

Straightforward situations that stress me out unnecessarily: those people on the bus that ask what ticket you have, where you're getting off, have you been on another bus or metro before this one... always forget how to speak like a human.
