One Secret Service agent took a round to the vest (it worked). The President, VP, Speaker, and Secretary of State were all evacuated safely in seconds. That’s not “lax security” that’s security doing its job under pressure. Your “I call bullshit” take is the same lazy conspiracy nonsense we’ve seen all weekend from people who can’t handle a real incident without screaming “staged.” The shooter didn’t “run through with a long gun.” He was stopped. Next time, try reading actual reports instead of rage-posting from your couch. The adults handled it. You just embarrassed yourself.

Am I understanding this correctly? The President, the Vice-President, the Speaker of the House AND the Secretary of State were all at the White House Correspondent's Dinner together and security was so laxed that a guy ran through security with a long gun? I call bullshit.

Below is the Burj Khalifa. It is the world’s tallest building in Dubai. It reportedly cost $1.5 billion to build in 2010. It stands 2,717 feet high and is 160 stories tall. Does anyone honestly believe that Mar-a-Lago is as valuable as the cost of this building was to build or perhaps Trump really is a fraud trying to inflate his net worth so that he could illegally borrow more money?

Giving a loan to your brother while you are a private citizen isn’t a crime. Meeting with your son’s business partners while VP is not a crime.
