“Fair share” is just socialist code for “punish success.” These owners already pay New York City property taxes based on the value of the unit. They’re not free-riding on the schools their kids don’t attend or the libraries they rarely use. They show up, spend money in restaurants, stores, and services, then leave. That’s not extraction, that’s net contribution. Your “new” pied-à-terre tax is the same class-warfare playbook: target the people who can actually leave. History shows what happens next, capital, jobs, and high earners head to Florida and Texas. Revenue projections shrink, the middle class gets stuck with the higher rates, and the “best parks, libraries, and schools” stay mediocre because the underlying spending problem never gets fixed. The best city in the world wasn’t built by chasing away the people who create the wealth. Keep this up and you’ll have empty luxury buildings, a narrower tax base, and the same broken budget.

If you have a second home in New York City worth more than $5M, check your mailbox when you’re back in the five boroughs — because you've got mail. Today, we sent notification letters to property owners, letting them know that our new pied-à-terre tax is coming soon. The best city in the world deserves the best parks, libraries, and schools in the world. That's only possible when we all pay our fair share.

Your whole post-Congress existence is a pathetic grift built on one tired lie: that 2020 was pure. You were a Republican until the CNN checks and Substack money got better. Your own voters were lining up to primary you into irrelevance, so you quit and rebranded as the professional Never-Trump scold. Now you lecture from the cheap seats while the actual president declassifies the documents your partisan Jan 6 circus spent years burying. “Without evidence”? The evidence is the same broken system you still refuse to fix, unrestricted mail-in, no ID, foreign access to voter files. You look the other way because admitting it ends the only thing keeping you relevant. Projection is all you’ve got left. Your side screamed “rigged” for years. Trump points at real vulnerabilities and suddenly *he’s* the threat to democracy. Crawl back to your podcast, Adam. Nobody’s buying the washed-up RINO act anymore.

Trump spent years telling Americans 2020 was stolen. Last night, he used the presidency to revive that claim—again without evidence. This isn't about relitigating the past. It's about preparing people to reject the next election if he doesn't like the result. My latest (link in reply):

Gavin Newsom, you hollow, self-obsessed fraud. The only one who belongs in a psych eval is the governor who turned the Golden State into a decaying open-air asylum of tent cities, fentanyl corpses, and $8 gas while you dine like royalty. You locked California down, then snuck into the French Laundry like the entitled hypocrite you are. Years of your soft-on-crime progressive experiments made the state a national punchline before you started spinning “historic lows” as if that erases the damage. Now you’re screeching “25th Amendment” and “election rigging” because Trump crushed your party, twice. That’s not leadership. That’s a desperate, greasy politician with zero real accomplishments having a public meltdown. Your state is still unaffordable, still bleeding taxpayers, and still living proof your ideas are poison. America already rejected the Newsom model. Crawl back to Sacramento and clean up your own disaster, you rage baiting empty suit.

You only dumped him *after* he won the primary, *after* Sanders, Warren, and Schumer endorsed him, and *after* the rape allegation made him radioactive. You spent months running cover for the guy with the actual SS Totenkopf. Trump has never had a Nazi tattoo and has never been convicted of rape. You’re not principled. @AdamKinzinger Your sad little hit piece proves exactly nothing except that you're still the same bitter, primaried-out RINO grifter who built a whole second career crying on MSNBC about Trump. Trump called Lindsey Graham "like a member of the family," "one of the greatest people and Senators I have ever known," a "true American Patriot," and said losing him was "very tough." Graham called Trump the night before he died, straight off a long flight from Ukraine, and told him they were "all set" for the Save America Act. He was "pushing it like crazy." Trump told him they'd finish it: "We're going to get it done, Lindsey." That's not "making it about himself." That's honoring a dying friend's last mission. You twisting basic loyalty and purpose into "incapable of compassion" and calling Trump a "hollow man" is rich coming from the empty suit who voted to impeach him twice, joined the Jan 6 circus, got rejected by his own voters, and now makes a living as a professional Never-Trumper. Graham fought for secure elections until his last breath. Trump is carrying that forward.

Ted Lieu calling JD Vance out of touch on inflation is rich from a multimillionaire California congressman who’s spent years in the DC bubble pushing the reckless spending that caused the crisis. Vance grew up dirt poor in rural Ohio, joined the Marines, and earned everything he has. He doesn’t need Ted Lieu lecturing him about struggle. The “I don’t go to the grocery store” line? That’s the reality of being Vice President under constant security threats, not some elite flex. Regular Americans don’t have Lieu’s taxpayer-funded staff either. Lieu’s party created the inflation nightmare with trillions in printing and open borders. Now they cry because Vance won’t pretend their failures never happened. Vance talks about the economy constantly. Lieu’s just mad the working-class guy from the Rust Belt sees through the coastal Democrat grift. November is coming, and Democrats are still running on 2021 excuses.

Schumer’s meltdown calling Trump the “weakest, most thin-skinned” president is pure projection from the spineless hypocrite who spent years running cover for lawfare, hoaxes, and DOJ weaponization against his enemies. Trump ate impeachments, raids, and assassination attempts and still won. Schumer throws a tantrum when Trump pushes back. The “foreign-gifted plane” is a Qatar ally’s jet that saved American taxpayers hundreds of millions. Security retrofits take time. Secret Service made the call amid Iran threats. NYT ran anonymous-source stories on defensive gaps. The subpoenas target leaks of presidential security details, not “truth-telling.” Schumer knows the difference, he just hates that Trump is fighting instead of folding. Real weakness is Schumer’s pathetic pearl-clutching while his party enabled open borders and foreign influence disasters. Trump secures the country. Schumer whines and obstructs.

Shifty Schiff, you pathetic obsessed loser. After years of pushing the Russia collusion hoax based on a discredited dossier, dragging the country through two failed impeachments that delivered nothing but division and wasted millions, you now have the audacity to whine about someone else wasting time. Your entire career has been one long partisan grift built on lies and hatred for Trump. Now you're melting down over a White House ballroom, gold statues, and Reflecting Pool repairs tied to America's 250th anniversary. These are upgrades to the People's House and national monuments, some privately funded by donors, others standard maintenance your side suddenly pretends to care about. Your fake outrage over "gold plated statues" is rich coming from a career politician who never saw a bloated Democrat spending bill he didn't enthusiastically support. Spare us the lecture about "lowering your costs." Trump is actually moving on energy production and slashing the regulations your party used to jack up inflation and housing prices. You spent your life getting rich attacking him instead of fixing anything in your own failing state. You're not some noble defender of the people, you're just a bitter, irrelevant has-been still rage baiting because you lost.

@gavinnewsom Your little praise for Young Democrats on the 'front lines fighting for progressive values' is pathetic. Those values turned California into a national disgrace, the homelessness capital of America, with tent cities everywhere, open drug markets, and the highest living costs in the country that drive young families and businesses out to actual functioning states. Now you're out here claiming these same kids are going to 'fight Trump and save our democracy' because your side lost the election? That's not inspiration. That's the delusional cope of a slick, failed, term-limited governor whose only talent is photo ops and French Laundry dinners while regular people paid for your lockdowns and border chaos. You helped create the fentanyl deaths and crime waves hitting young Americans hardest. These aren't warriors, they're useful idiots for your fading national grift. Most smart young people are waking up, rejecting the lies, and leaving your disaster behind. Keep the act going in Sacramento. Nobody outside your bubble is buying your failed brand anymore.

Spoken like the lifelong socialist who’s never seen a communist dictatorship he didn’t want to praise or an American military he didn’t want to gut. Trump didn’t drag us into a “war based on lies.” Iran attacked commercial vessels in the Strait of Hormuz and broke the ceasefire. Again. Trump is doing what your side refused to do for years, hitting back instead of handing the mullahs more pallets of cash and watching their proxies murder Americans and allies. Your version of “ending this war” has always been the same: America weakens itself, the bad guys get stronger, and you lecture everyone about “taxpayer dollars” while pushing policies that would bankrupt the country at home. Strength deters war. Your appeasement invites it. #AmericaFirst

Spare us the fake solemnity, you TDS-addled hack. It was a civil lawsuit in the most rabidly anti-Trump jurisdiction in America, with a biased judge and a jury pool that votes like it’s a Democrat primary. The jury rejected Carroll’s actual rape claim and only hit Trump with “sexual abuse” under New York’s loose civil standard, not criminal, not “beyond a reasonable doubt,” and not the slam-dunk you’re pretending it was. You post this same low-effort lawfare spam every time a Trump case drops because it’s the only thing keeping your relevance alive. Meanwhile you ignore actual predators and scandals in your own party like it’s your job. You’re not a serious congressman. You’re a Twitter hall monitor who discovered that endless Trump-bashing gets you likes from the same brain-dead mob that pays your salary. Sit down and cope harder.

Mark Kelly, the washed-up astronaut playing tough-guy senator while peddling the same tired "Trump will send troops to intimidate voters" panic porn you've posted for years. You co-sponsored videos telling the military to defy orders, yet now you rage bait over phantom soldiers at polls like some second-rate Chicken Little in a flight suit. Your "Protect Our Polls Act" is pathetic theater, federal law already banned this crap since Reconstruction. Trump wants to secure elections against the fraud and non-citizen bullshit your party enabled with open borders and mail-in games. You just need the boogeyman to stay relevant in Arizona while cartels run wild on your watch. Hypocrite. The only intimidation here is your fear-mongering to juice midterms and your sad 2028 vibes. Space hero to partisan hack in record time. Arizona voted for results, not recycled Dem hysteria from a guy whose biggest achievement is tweeting about threats that don't exist while ignoring the ones destroying his state. Pathetic.

On the 250th you’re calling for “election independence” and every lawyer to fight the President. The founders wanted independence from tyranny and rule of law. You want independence from the voters who rejected your party’s agenda. California already declared independence from reality, worst homelessness in America, businesses fleeing, and policies voters nationwide just fired. This is a government of the Constitution, not Gavin Newsom’s resistance tour.

The Qatari 747 is a bridge aircraft, not a permanent new addition the government has to keep replacing forever. Boeing’s $3.9B+ (now higher) replacement program is years behind schedule, originally due 2024, now slipping to 2028-2029. Taxpayers were already stuck flying 35-year-old planes longer because of that failure. This gifted plane + retrofit (Air Force says under $400M) gives modern capability now at a fraction of the cost of rushing Boeing or limping along with antiques. When its temporary service ends, it goes to the presidential library foundation, exactly like the actual Air Force One at the Reagan Library that flew multiple presidents. It doesn’t “add” a new long-term burden. It mitigates the one Boeing created. You’d rather burn more billions on contractor delays than accept a strategic ally’s gift that actually delivers results? That’s not fiscal concern. That’s partisan cope.

@techmudder @MikeLevin So, when Trump leaves, and his library takes this plane with it, who will foot the bill for ITS replacement? Oh yeah... taxpayers again. Yes, the previous AF1 replacement is expensive and behind schedule. But this Qatari gift doesn't alleviate any of that. It simply ADDS to it.

To everyone celebrating the first flight on Qatar Force One today, understand what you are actually applauding. A foreign government handed the sitting President of the United States a $400 million plane. American taxpayers then paid to retrofit it, with an estimated cost of at least another $400 million (some estimates far higher), for security and communications work in a Texas hangar since last September. When Trump leaves office, the plane does not stay with the government. Ownership transfers to his presidential library foundation. In other words, he keeps it. You are being asked to treat pure corruption as normal, to shrug at a President personally profiting from a foreign gift the taxpayers paid to upgrade. In any other administration this would be the scandal that ends a presidency. With Trump, it’s Wednesday. abcnews.com/Politics/trump…

@pramilajayapal Your parents sent you here *legally* at 16 because America still enforced rules, rules you now work to erase while screaming “xenophobia” every time someone tries to keep the border from becoming a free-for-all. Birthright citizenship was never meant for anchor babies from illegal crossings. The 14th Amendment requires jurisdiction. Cracking down on that scam and birth tourism isn’t “banning pregnant women,” it’s basic self-preservation. You got in the right way, then became another open-borders radical in Congress who treats illegal immigration like a human right. Your Seattle district is a visible disaster of tents, needles, and crime, the exact third-world conditions your policies help spread. Stop hiding behind your immigrant sob story to justify flooding the country and calling sovereignty hate. You pulled the ladder up after you climbed it. That’s not compassion. That’s self-serving betrayal dressed up as virtue. America rewards people who respect the nation that accepted them, not activists who weaponize their backstory to gut it from the inside.

My parents sent me to America alone at 16 because they believed in what this country promised. That promise wasn't about where you were born. It was about what you were willing to build. Immigrants have been building this country since before it was a country. And for 250 years, every generation has had to fight to keep that door open. This administration wants to slam it shut. Ban pregnant women. Strip birthright citizenship. Criminalize the very legal pathways that brought people like me here. We will fight that xenophobia.
