Saying 'guys' to a group suggests you are only referring to the males. It is gendered language. To prove this point - see how you feel saying 'girls' instead. Address the room this way. See what happens. Try it with a group of teenagers. I dare you 🤣

Did you know: It's actually illegal to sell teaching resources you have created yourself and used in your own classroom without permission from your school. As your employer they own the IP on anything you create "in the line of duty"
