@RobHulford @TUIUK @LittleLadyFrost Our flight left Rhodes for GTW at about 5.30am. We sat at the airport for 6 hours because of the delay. No food or drink and most things were shut.

Stuck at Rhodes airport after our flight was cancelled. Told so late after delays that we are all stranded with nowhere to stay. @TUIUK reps are walking off during conversations and not helping.
Could be Monday before we can leave. No answers given. Chaos.

@TUIUK I've done all of that repeatedly. It's the only guidance I was sent alongside the inaccurate info.
The phone numbers are useless during the middle of the night. We were checking with the rep face to face during the day and they had no answers.
Utterly useless company.

@ShannenWhite5 @TUIUK We had our flight cancelled on Saturday. Dumped at a hotel in the middle of the night with no rooms. Sent to another hotel. On our way back to the airport now. Other flights being cancelled! Rhodes to GTW.
Total nightmare.

@TUIUK passengers at hotel in Rhodes from cancelled flights have started their own WhatsApp group to share information. We have found out more info than the TUI reps. We have told the reps info this morning that they had no idea about. SUPPORT YOUR STAFF FFS!

How to drink a glass of tap water:
1. Run the tap for a bit to get rid of the “bad” water and get to the fresh, cold stuff
2. Half fill a perfectly clean glass, swill water about a bit, pour down the sink
3. Cleansing ritual complete. Only now can you fill the glass and actually drink (keeping your hand on the tap while you do so, of course)
