@British_Airways @ZamirAtNAB This has been the usual answer from BA. I also contacted BA customer service re filing of compensation claim. We were paid an initial amount of $312 for clothes bought for 3 days in Glasgow. Have filed for replacement costs. No response from them.

We have been contacting BA lost baggage on a weekly basis as well as sending emails to Customer Service. Customer Service has not responded to my emails and complaints. We were given a new WT# DFWBA55752.
