Has it really been over 16 years ago that the very first NieR OST was released!? I remember being so anxious about what people would think about my Chaos language that I didn't check it out online for months. What an amazing journey it has been since then!

if you're playing through the game and you decide to stop the MSQ to get into crafting or to mess around in the gold saucer then go for it, screw anyone who goes like "nooo do the story, the story is the most important thing" or "nooo get to level cap ASAP it's a lot more fun"

there isn't one ultimate correct way to play through the game and there is also no content that is better and more valuable than all the rest, not the MSQ not trials not raids not crafting or anything else

people will see this and go "but I want to do stuff with my friends who are already at endgame", if your friends aren't playing older stuff with you as you go through the story then you need better friends

@MegaLCRO I think whatever you decide is fair, I'm just against new players being pressured to go through everything as fast as possible to reach current content as if it was needed to enjoy the game because they think their friends won't join for anything that isn't level cap content

@altiex Does it count if I skipped to Dawntrail in order to play with my friends, but then went back and NG+ed my way through the whole story at my own pace?
