@wemabank It has been over 7 business days since I lodged a complaint to wema bank Egbeda branch to reactivate my account and I’m yet to receive any meaningful resolution. This delay is disappointing and raises concerns about your service efficiency.
@alat_ng hello the recent update of the ALAT app is trash, Now my daily transfer limit now peg to 20k while I can transfer over 1million before, I trying to increase the limit all I got is there’s a recent change on my profile, Please help fix this ASAP
