I love that Danganronpa 2 starts with Nagito waking Hajime up in the Neo World program, and then Hajime was the one to wake up Nagito once they had all gotten out of the simulation. It starts and ends with them reaching out to the other.

in fact i’d go as far as to say a lot of people’s grievances are born of them misinterpreting the universe reset. ALL of it still Happened. ALL of it still Mattered. even if they can’t remember it. it still mattered. feelings have carried over.
