That hadith is about a specific end-times prophecy, not a general command for Muslims to kill Jews. It describes a future event in Islamic tradition, and Muslims interpret it in different ways. It’s also important to distinguish between a religious prophecy and an instruction to believers. A prediction about an event is not the same as telling people to carry it out.
