The biggest mistake I see from new faceless YouTube creators: They post 10 videos in a niche, don't see results, and immediately switch to something else. Then they do the same thing again, and again. Every time you switch niches you're starting from zero. The algorithm has to learn your content all over again, your audience resets, and all those videos you already posted stop compounding. Pick one niche and commit for at least 3-4 months.

@eddieeizner Please what’s the alternative to NexLev??. I’m yet to pay for grok and others, I don’t want to start spending immediately on extensions. I’m just starting out!! NexLev has a “similar channels” feature but it’s paid. Any alternative I can use to check out similar channels??

This channel probably isn't monetized But it's getting 25 million views per month If it was monetized That would be at least $100K per month On one channel. Make sure you guys are using trending topics, it works very well (obviously make sure to not do risky niches though)

I’m currently working on scripts for my English, French, and Italian channels. Once I drop the scripts, my team handles the editing. When they’re done, I step in for final publishing and thumbnail design. That structured teamwork is what makes YouTube automation easy for me, it allows me to run multiple channels efficiently and scale properly.

there's a defining moment in every successful young mans life... where he's in a position where he could comfortably burn everything down, stop working & still have enough money to live for the next 2 decades the way you proceed after this point shows your true intentions & purpose it's super easy to "lock in" when your survival depends on it it's a different story when it's goes from a must -> an option asking yourself "what would my day to day life look like if i had 8 figures in the bank" is a great thought experiment to show who you truly are deep down & what your underlying intentions behind getting rich actually are

Another Sora 2 channel launched yesterday with another partner, competitors currently doin 1 upload a day Our aim is get 2-3x uploads a day. I ideate it all, scripts + voiceover. Partner does the prompts and generations Going to start a YT channel to document this shit (no guru information). Only thing that I'll be promoting is Algrow cause I use it in most of the steps for Sora channels And here's an update on a different partnered Sora 2 channel that I tweeted about yesterday

New Sora 2 channel from an Algrow partner Found a creator, saw he had great potential to grow some shorts channels Put him on an Algrow subscription, utilised all the tools in there to find a Sora niche that started 6 days ago with no competitors because no one had found it yet. Used the Youtube Scraper inside to help him ideate 10x faster Fed everything to an LLM Started prompting on Sora website and removed unlimited watermarks inside of Algrow Interested to see how fast he can monetize this one

@brycent This is pretty much the same thing. Just give it prompts and Ai will create an animation. It masks out areas outside of the thing you want to host the image. Like, garage door opening to show santa inside with toys..etc. youtu.be/VQUmcG4VDLs?si…

you're not stuck because you lack information. you have 104+ bookmarked tweets. 36 notion documents. 14 courses you bought and never finished. a youtube watch history that could teach a masterclass in procrastination disguised as research. what's actually happening: you're scared of picking the wrong niche. scared of building something nobody wants. scared of launching and hearing crickets. scared of people thinking your product is trash. so you stay in research mode. you're pussy. one more course. one more youtube video. one more thread about "how i made $100k in 90 days" that you'll read, save, and never implement. and meanwhile time compounds against you. every week you spend "preparing" is a week someone dumber than you makes money you could have made. acknowledge that. every month you spend "researching" is a month someone with worse ideas scales past you because they actually shipped. the person who launches today with a broken product and iterates for 6 months will be at $40k/month by month six. the person who "perfects" for 6 months then launches will be celebrating their first $3k month at the same time. same starting point. same skills. same market. $37,000/month difference because one person was willing to look stupid in public and one wasn't. fear of embarrassment is the most expensive emotion you can have.
