Amentum Holdings Inc., a U.S. defense and government services contractor, recently announced that it will release its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 (ending June 30) before the market opens on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. The company's management will hold an investor conference call and webcast at 8:30 a.m. EST that day to discuss the financial results and provide a business update. Amentum was formed last year from the merger of Amentum and Jacobs Solutions' mission-critical solutions division to provide engineering, technology, logistics and nuclear facility management services to the U.S. and allied governments.
