Workers at the Jane/Finch Centre – proud members of CUPE 4772 – make their community better every single day! ✊🏾📢
They run youth programs, giving marginalized young people a safe, inclusive space. They run seniors programs helping end the isolation so many struggle with. They help people find work, offer mental health programs and services, coach low-income residents in getting control of their finances, support families through EarlyON programs, help newcomers settle and build community and so much more.
These workers, like so many CUPE Ontario members, are the heart of their community. They are currently bargaining and we call on the Jane/Finch Centre to offer them the fair deal they deserve, Including wage increases that keep pace with the skyrocketing cost of living and equitable pensions!
