So many ugly people in the comments here. They hear a word used and immediately ascribe it to racism and hatred. I'm not going to say it's the most brilliant move to go around saying racial slurs, but the intent was obvious in his many streams: Either you have a tolerance for free speech and a true desire for equality in society, or you believe people should be punished for non-violent behavior that offends you. There's just as much documented evidence that this man isn't racist as there is his willingness to offend with WORDS. He gives the people he interacts with the opportunity to show their true colors, for good or bad

NEW: Streamer Chud the Builder visibly reacts after a judge set his bond at $1.25 million. 28-year-old Dalton Eatherly is facing an attempted murder charge after a shooting outside of a Tennessee courthouse. General Session Court Judge Reid Poland III says he set the bond at $1.25 million, “based upon the fact of how many people were in the courtyard over here at the courthouse and the seriousness of all these felonies.” Eatherly is reportedly facing a possible sentence of 15 to 60 years. Yikes.

Human history is full of moments where ego lasted seconds while consequences lasted years. That is why restraint deserves more respect than aggression in modern culture. The ability to pause, disengage, or absorb humiliation without escalating is often treated as weakness when it is actually emotional maturity under pressure. Real strength is not proving how dangerous someone can become. It is preventing anger, pride, or public validation from taking control of their future.

Chud the builder is looking at 20+ years in prison. All of you angry white “patriots” who defended this guy and got SO MAD at me for stating that Chud’s self-defense claim was not ironclad … I told you so 🤷‍♂️. Some of my fellow white boys have this distorted idea of the law where you think you can just accost and antagonize black people with the N-word, and if they swing on you, then you’re justified to shoot them 🙄. That’s not how the law works.

NEW: Streamer “Chud the Builder” has been charged with attempted murder after he allegedly shot someone outside a Tennessee courthouse. 28-year-old Dalton Eatherly is known for spewing racial slurs at people and filming it for his followers. Eatherly accidentally shot himself during the scuffle after being confronted for his racist content. “He said, ‘You start saying all that chimp out sh*t to me and ‘imma hit you,’ and he hit me, he started whaling on me,” Eatherly claimed, according to CNN. According to officials, the victim, who was shot by Eatherly, was medically evacuated and is in stable condition. Eatherly appeared to accidentally shoot himself in the arm. Eatherly was also charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon and employing a firearm during a dangerous felony.

@bren45000 I think that's yet to be flushed out. The prosecutor shot for the stars with an attempt charge. That's completely unfounded. It's a leverage technique that works on broke people and idiots. Plead to ag assault DW for 4-8y and we'll drop the attempted murder (which was never real)

Yes, assault does not start with someone hitting you, that is battery. Assault starts when you walk up to someone and engage with them and give a reasonable person the feeling they are in imminent danger. Assault and battery are two different crimes. This Turd, I mean Chud has been assaulting random people for clicks for a while.
