Can't stress on #4 enough! Sport isn't (and shouldn't) be the only thing one does, irrespective of how talented one is!! The value of a *real* degree to ensure a meaningful life post sport is criminally underrated and not talked about enough. TJ here, is the best case in point

The 141st IOC Session votes in favour of the LA28 sports package. Baseball/softball, squash, flag football, Lacrosse AND T20 cricket are now officially part of the LA 2028 Sports Program.

To sum up: there's a lot of arguments to be made about wasting resources, but if done in a sustainable, systematic and well-planned way, hosting the Olympics may actually do more good to India and Indian sports than one may think (ENDS)
