Passengers sleeping on the floor. People sitting on luggage in the aisle. Every inch packed. When trains are overcrowded, it creates the perfect environment for confusion, exploitation, and disputes like this. Who is really responsible here? The TTE, the passenger, or a system struggling under massive demand?

This incident is from Rewati station, Ballia Uttar Pradesh! A passenger handed over a “₹100’’ note for a ticket to Mau.The ticket clerk asked for “₹55 ’’in change , likely because he didn't have enough to return! When the passenger said: He had no change,the clerk suggested paying via UPI.The passenger refused and argument followed. The passenger kept recording and provoking the clerk,who eventually lost his temper and responded angrily! People are quick to blame railway stuff,but accountability goes both ways.If you're travelling,carry some change or using digital payment options when possible. But in this case ,the video itself suggests that the passenger's behaviour and tone also contributed to the situation... Video link 🔗 in comment give your opinion...?

अभी जानकारी मिली है कि वेदांत नाम का स्टूडेंट वास्तव में एक छात्र है। हालांकि उसके ट्वीट की लोकेशन भारत से बाहर की क्यों दिखाई जा रही है इसकी पर्याय जानकारी अभी भी नहीं मिली है। लेकिन @vineetJindal19 जी मेरे मित्र हैं और विश्वसनीय व्यक्ति हैं इसलिए उनकी जानकारी गलत नहीं होगी। सही जानकारी मिलते ही मै अपना पुराना ट्वीट डिलीट कर रहा हूं और वेदांत और उनके परिवार के बारे में जो गलत जानकारी फैलाई गई उसके लिए मै उनसे माफी भी मांगता हूं। लेकिन अभी भी उम्मीद करता हूं कि अकाउंट के लोकेशन की सही जानकारी मिले तो मामला और ज्यादा स्पष्ट होगा।

Respected Railway Administration, I wish to lodge a complaint regarding an incident that occurred at Jaynagar Railway Station. Recently, a TTE misbehaved with a passenger travelling without a ticket. The passenger had accepted his mistake and was ready to pay the fine, but the TTE grabbed his collar, behaved rudely in anger, and acted in a threatening manner as if he was going to assault him. Later, apart from the normal fine of ₹280, the TTE also imposed an additional arbitrary fine of ₹1001 for making a video. This behaviour is completely unjustified and against the training given to railway staff. I request that a proper inquiry be conducted into this matter and the concerned TTE be given suitable warning and training so that such misbehaviour with passengers does not happen in future. Railways are meant to serve passengers, not to intimidate or harass them. Please take immediate cognizance of this complaint. @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw @GM_ECRly @ECRlyHJP @spjdivn

दिल्ली जंक्शन के Ticket Counter पर यह क्या चल रहा है? एक यात्री Azamgarh की टिकट लेता है, लेकिन काउंटर क्लर्क के पास ₹5 का change देने के लिए नहीं है जब ऑनलाइन पेमेंट या डिजिटल मोड की बात की जाती है, तो मना कर दिया जाता है ₹5-₹5 करके न जाने कितने यात्रियों के साथ इस तरह का Scam और Fraud किया जा रहा है हद तो तब हो गई जब अपनी गलती मानने के बजाय क्लर्क फ़ोन पर किसी से बात करने लगा और attitude दिखाने लगा क्या आम जनता की मेहनत की कमाई की कोई वैल्यू नहीं है? A man was traveling on a train without a ticket when the TTE caught him. At first, there was talk of issuing a proper ticket. But after a brief conversation, the two struck a deal. Instead of making a ticket worth ₹1200, the TTE settled the matter for ₹800 in cash. After returning a little money, he said, “Now travel comfortably… no one will question you anymore.”

12 मई को Danapur division स्टेशन पर वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस के लिए कुछ यात्रियों ने TTE पी.के मिश्रा से पूछा कि सीट खाली है क्या क्योंकि उनकी booking नहीं हो पाई थी। TTE ने जवाब दिया कि सीट हो जाएगी लेकिन official किराया करीब 750 रुपये है। इसके बाद यात्रियों ने पूछा कि कुछ कम हो सकता है क्या? फिर TTE ने कहा कि 380 रुपये में काम हो जाएगा लेकिन रसीद नहीं मिलेगी। अगर रसीद चाहिए तो पूरा 750 रुपये लगेगा। यात्रियों ने पूछा कि ये तो गलत है ना। इस पर TTE ने कहा कि ऐसा allowed नहीं है लेकिन adjust हो जाएगा। इसके बाद यात्रियों ने कहा कि 3 लोग हैं 500 रुपये ले लीजिए। लेकिन फिर TTE ने मना कर दिया देख लीजिए कुछ कर्मचारी कैसे फर्जी तरीके से बिना रसीद दिए , ऊपर की कमाई करते हैं, ऐसे लोगों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए
