@madebygoogle My pixel 6a is eligible for battery replacement program. uBreakiFix says the battery is swollen, so replacing it would break the screen. 2 weeks of emails, and your support fails to understand the issue, they just tell me to go back to the store. Can you help?

I hope someday @GooglePixel_US will honor my 5a 5G warranty. First went into uBreakiFix 10/17. Phone has been at Texas repair center since 10/26. Replacement was approved same day. @GooglePixel_US canceled the RMA on 11/22 with no reason given. Phone support reps don't know why.

@mikeygow @GlobalCIT_EUI The FIS rulebook mentions "citizenship" and "passport" requirements. However, It also mentions "ancestry" and "personal association", and gives final say to the FIS council. So it is possible that the latter requirements + residence were enough for the FIS.
