@santoshstack Resonance requires the courage to exclude. Most SMEs broadcast to everyone and wonder why nothing lands. Narrowing your message feels like losing — until you realize you were never reaching the right people to begin with.

Marketing in 2026 is less about reach and more about resonance. You don’t need more people seeing you. You need the right people thinking this is exactly for me.

@santoshstack Who in your current circle is actually qualified to tell you your business model doesn't work? Not supportive. Qualified. Most founders can't name one person.

Solo founders don’t fail from lack of effort. They fail from lack of pushback. If nobody tells you: • this idea is weak • this copy is confusing • this isn’t solving anything you’ll keep polishing something that shouldn’t exist. You don’t need nicer feedback. You need accurate feedback.

We've seen this in Lagos and London. Business lands a big contract. Hires fast, takes bigger space, scales the team. Eight months later the contract ends. The overhead doesn't. That's not a growth story. That's a systems problem.

Most think selling starts in the DM. It starts a couple of weeks earlier. 4 jobs your content does first: 1. Name their problem 2. Show how you think 3. Hand them an opinion 4. Show what changed for someone like them The DM is the receipt. The pre-sell is the work.

@jimheskel "A couple of weeks" works for low-ticket. For high-stakes services, compliance, funding, market entry— the pre-sell window we see is closer to 3–6 months.

@hthieblot Those traits signal potential, not discipline. We’ve backed founders without this profile who outperformed simply because they got cash flow, governance, and regulatory risk right early.

If a founder spent their childhood: - Grinding ranked in any competitive game - Building random stuff with a 3d printer or Raspberry Pi - Selling stuff online - Making Minecraft mods or roblox games Invest in them immediately.

Going viral is super overrated. Normalize not caring if a post flops. Keep putting out your best. It will always find its way to the right people. That’s all that counts.

Most founders are so focused on getting new clients they forget to keep the ones they have. Retention is always cheaper than acquisition. Always. Are you investing more in getting customers or keeping them?

The weekend is 1 hour away. But before you close your laptop — one question: Is your business where you thought it would be at this point this year? If the answer is no — that's exactly what a free consultation is for. ambeeth.com

Your idea is your starting point. Your execution is the pitch. Investors want to see a team that can deliver, a market worth entering and numbers that make sense.

@TheOvermanEthos This is why we always push clients to lead with outcomes, not services. Nobody hires a consultancy, they hire the version of their business that works better afterward.

Your business will change the day you realise this. People dont buy products/services. They buy transformations. Its all about what they will get, who they will become and how it would feel.

@stijnnoorman Simple frameworks like this work because the real skill is in the execution. Knowing which accounts to comment on, what to say, and how to make someone curious enough to click.

@Dwriteway Simple but real: Most people overcomplicate it, but it’s really just attention → trust → value → scale. Execution is the only missing step.

1: Get some attention. 2: Turn attention into trust. 3: Convert trust into money. 4: Use money to buy some time. 5: Use time to scale the business. 𝕏 Business is simple: Don’t complicate the game.

@Dwriteway Simple frameworks survive because they're true. The execution of each step is where it gets complicated — but the map itself? This is it.

@Dwriteway 'No plan' gets you started. At some point though, execution without structure just becomes faster chaos. The real move is knowing when to switch gears. Execution can be tough though.

I Started with $0. Posted without a plan. Had no audience. I failed openly and often I learned from my mistake. It took some time but I still  made it work. No cash. No audience. No magic. Just execution.

@hthieblot True. Most founders we've worked with hit exactly this wall around year 2–3. What got them through wasn't another pivot, it was restructuring how they were operating underneath.

Everyone loves the idea of being a founder. Nobody loves the reality: 3 years in, 6 pivots, $0 in the bank, and a co-founder who quit. Parents doubt you. Investors Ghosts. But you still show up at 120%. The exit shows the world who you are. The struggle reveals who you are.
