@PharmD_intheED Good to know, thanks! We are also considering doing this in our ED, but for our 130 mg and 260 mg doses. Any experience with giving 260 mg boluses? A 5 min push might be difficult to safely implement

@amber_EMPharm I give it as a real 2-3 mins push. Done couple hundred times without cardiovascular issues
