@tipatat Hhmmm do you mean AVP will have a Dev platform like XCode in VR? That would be rad but idk if it’s their target users. With the $3K+ price tag seems like it’s a b2b or Enterprise play.

I actually think $3499 is a great deal for the #AppleVisionPro : If you ask the millions of iOS developers what they would pay to get a dev kit for the iPhone 2 or 3 years before the iPhone is released, I bet they would pay way more than $3499 #WWDC23

@Tojiro Apple is known for prioritizing user privacy so this direction kinda makes sense. Did they go too far? Interesting to read your insights re eye tracking data, keep them coming :)

Can I plug #AppleVisionPro into cigarette lighter power for car use? If I can use this while driving I’m in… probably not legal lol but that would be awesome.

@auradeluxe @ExtendedVictory What about other text-based servers like on Discord or Slack, or even Twitch chat, when does it cross over from being group messaging to a shared virtual world, more like MUDs? (been thinking about this lately as I spend more time in online communities)

@philiprosedale When I talk with people who have strong objections to VR this idea of being blindfolded always comes up.

"The Oculus Quest 2 is a blindfold that lets me visit virtual worlds, but it also takes me out of my daughter's world. I can't do that."

@briecode Love & Strength seems most related to gaming for me. Hearts (love) often represent Health bar and Strength is a D&D attribute (like Dexterity, Intelligence).

Is there a way to opt-out of liquor ads on Twitter? Sure Crown Royal is great but something about seeing whiskey ads at 9am is jarring for me. (I used to be an Adsense engineer and still fascinated by ad targeting)
