I used to pride myself on skills companies couldn’t live without. Now, thanks to AI, they’re just buttons in a menu.

🚀 Introducing the Qwen 3.5 Small Model Series Qwen3.5-0.8B · Qwen3.5-2B · Qwen3.5-4B · Qwen3.5-9B ✨ More intelligence, less compute. These small models are built on the same Qwen3.5 foundation — native multimodal, improved architecture, scaled RL: • 0.8B / 2B → tiny, fast, great for edge device • 4B → a surprisingly strong multimodal base for lightweight agents • 9B → compact, but already closing the gap with much larger models And yes — we’re also releasing the Base models as well. We hope this better supports research, experimentation, and real-world industrial innovation. Hugging Face: huggingface.co/collections/Qw… ModelScope: modelscope.cn/collections/Qw…

@HighbeeNation1 @Aspireachievee I do too but not because I'm happy. Because I'm the furthest thing from happy unfortunately. But really because I'm nobody worth celebrating.

Most people saying it's trauma or low self worth are projecting hard. Some of us just grew up and realized the calendar doesn't owe us applause. One trip around the sun isn't an achievement it's maintenance. The real flex is treating every solid day like it matters more than one arbitrary date. Who else quietly lets their birthday slide and actually prefers it that way? Or am I the only one who finds the hype exhausting?

@elonmusk Got some name suggestions.. - Starforge: Evokes forging stars (like Starship) and AI as a creative force, with a sci-fi vibe. - The Orbiting Company: Ironic nod to The Boring Company - HIMARSandBEYOND.... yeah...

@Taskade So have you abandoned the project and task management portion of Taskade to focus on making it an app builder? Don't get me wrong, I think you're providing immense value it just seems like such a big pivot. My mobile Taskade project management experience has drastically changed.

Taskade
Taskade@Taskade·
2025 was a defining year for Taskade. In October, we introduced @Taskade Genesis — a new way to build live apps directly from your workspace, connected to your data, agents, and workflows. Taskade Genesis didn’t come from a new direction. It came from connecting things that were already there. 1. Projects. 2. AI agents. 3. Automations. For a long time, they worked side by side. But they didn’t work as one. Genesis changed that. 1/ Projects became memory. 2/ AI agents became intelligence. 3/ Automations became motion. When those pieces connected, the workspace stopped started behaving like a living system. In the months since launch, teams have built: - Dashboards and internal tools - Client portals and booking systems - Recurring workflows that keep running - Apps that stay connected to live data and execution And many more. Explore and clone app kits at taskade.com/community Behind the scenes: 130,000+ Genesis apps created 3,000,000+ automation actions ran 2,000,000+ AI requests processed 100,000+ workflows created All wired into workspace memory, intelligence, and execution. Connected across 100+ built-in integrations through agents and automations. But the numbers aren’t the point. The structure is. When data, intelligence, and execution live in the same place, work stops resetting every day. Your workspace remembers. Agents reason with that context. Automations keep things moving. The results feed back into memory. That loop is what makes software feel alive. One prompt. One app. One living workspace.

🚨👽 Remember this mind-blowing scene from Arrival (2016)? The moment the heptapods start 'writing' their circular logograms on the glass – no beginning, no end, totally non-linear. 🤯 🛸 This alien language is inspired by the Sapir-Whorf hypothesis: the idea that the structure of a language shapes how you think and perceive reality (like time itself). Could real aliens communicate like this? Visual, holistic symbols instead of linear words/sounds? It's fictional, but linguists say alien languages could be radically different – maybe even rewiring our brains if we learned them. No evidence it's based on actual encounters (those reports talk telepathy or basic signals more often), but imagine if... What do YOU think? Would non-linear alien comms be possible in real life? And if you suddenly encountered an alien face-to-face... how would YOU try to communicate? Drawings? Math? Music? Gestures? Dance? 👽 Drop your ideas below – best ones might blow my mind! #Arrival #Aliens #FirstContact #SciFi #Linguistics

Naval Ravikant once shared a story about Elon Musk confronting Bill Gates after learning that Gates had shorted Tesla, a position amounting to roughly 1% of Tesla’s total shares Over time, that bet may have already cost Gates more than $10 billion. If Tesla becomes the world’s most valuable company by a wide margin, that short position will bankrupt even Bill Gates Musk was genuinely confused. How could someone who publicly championed clean energy bet against a company that was actively building it? Gates reportedly described it as “just a financial move.” But for Musk, it was never about money According to Naval, that moment revealed something fundamental about Elon Musk. He is not driven by status or wealth, he is driven by purpose. The billions he earns are not trophies, they are tools. Tools to build rockets, electric vehicles, and a future beyond Earth Source: @ScottAdamsSays, @naval

@johnhelm2006 @ITSME_1212 @RussiaIsntEnemy Regardless of anyone's political beliefs how could you not want to have a strong manufacturing sector in your home country? I've never been to China but it seems like it would be heaven to be able to walk down a street and be able to get anything you could imagine made there.

@ITSME_1212 @RussiaIsntEnemy We're not getting jobs back. No CEO will suggest a new manufacturing plant in the US. Tariffs and trade policies are decided by Trump's moods and prejudices. He could wake up cranky and your market or supply chain is gone by noon. Stockholders would roast the CEO like a Protestan

☝️ Energy sources on the US markets are 3-5 times cheaper than in Europe. Entire enterprises, entire industries are closing down in Germany and moving to the US. Volkswagen is closing, chemical plants are closing, glass manufacturers are closing. Thousands of people are being thrown out onto the street, and no politician is talking about it—only fuss over current domestic political processes. It seems that if tomorrow the US tells them "we are going to hang you," then the Europeans will have only one question: "Should we bring the rope ourselves, or will you provide it?” - President Putin

At first glance, it looks like activity recognition. But look closer: the model isn't just detecting "typing" but spontaneously distinguishing right-hand from left-hand keystrokes. We didn't train Newton, our foundation model, to do this. No explicit labels. No supervision. @PhysicalAI #PhysicalAI
