Going to be truthful the last few weeks I’ve been struggling and on quite a downer. Don’t know whether it’s the after effects of the marathon or just struggling with the highs and lows of life. Today I just totally broke down and I feel it’s right to spread awareness that even after months of amazing memories, there still will be days of negativity. That doesn’t mean to give up though, because dark days do NOT last forever. Mental health is confusing but the more we speak the more awareness it gets ❤️

ITS MY BIRTHDAY! 13 years old. I’ve had a lovely day - walk, squeaky space hopper toy, snooze, burgers. Exhausting.

@leehudson111 I still recall me reminding both medical and nursing staff that my mum was known by her middle name when she was ventilated before her death. No one remembered and that little thing was important- her name.

I've just been sat on by a 300kg #fatpony. Our farmyard is an icerink. Candy tried to walk across to go in for her stable/tea, had second thoughts, turned around in confusion and her little back legs slid out and I ended up wearing her like a backpack.
