@Connor_LFC8 My son went on for 2.5 months and played 3 games including a FA Youth Cup game before getting a MRI to find out that he’d ruptured his. The signs were there when he kept breaking down and having clicking in his knee.

@amichaelcruise I go all the aways on someone else's credits (various people). Somehow missed the 19 credit bandwagon when it started and been unable to get on it.

How long before the bigger PL clubs start using facial recognition at the turnstiles? Every membership card will have to carry a photo so the club have our 'faces'. And we'll be scanned as we enter.

@mackin_john I’m the same John but unfortunately I don’t have the contacts these days to pick up any tickets. Could always get them when it was serial numbers because I knew approx 30 ST holders. Just don’t have any friends with all the credits!

@SteKelly198586 @LFChistory That book helped win me an all-expenses day at the match which involved being presented a signed ball by Jamie Redknapp on the pitch at HT back in 1993. The questions the official supporter’s club set involved some random results from the early 20th Century.

@AnthonyBunn68 We had the same issue last year between GCSEs and pre-season. Went to Marrakesh on Ryanair, 4 nights in all inclusive (for lads) and one night in a riad for a bit of culture. Highly recommended.

@Confrancis23 @lpool36redmen @t0ddLFC Unfortunately clubs are more interested in fans who go to a few games a season and spend loads on merchandise / food and drink than the likes of us who arrive 5 mins before kick off having spent the last four hours in pubs in town.

@Confrancis23 @lpool36redmen @t0ddLFC The two things are linked IMO. e.g. PSG game, stood behind fella and his kids on Kop. Lovely that they have tickets, but clear daytrippers. Spent about 20 mins watching game. Recorded 30 mins on phones. Multiple trips to toilet or to buy hot dogs. Didn’t sing one song.

@sandy_cshore @t0ddLFC Someone who will have been to everyone of our 27 home games has the same chance of a ticket as someone who has ‘purchased’ two tickets. I know quite a few people who buy tickets for the League Cup games who sell them on because they can’t be arsed travelling to midweek games.

@amichaelcruise @t0ddLFC To qualify for the ballot you’d need to have been to the home cup games this season…. I had been, still not successful in the ballot tho. But when the tickets are distributed in the ballot, it’s not to one off’s

@lpool36redmen @t0ddLFC I’ve missed 10 home games in league over last 34 seasons and no home games in any competition since Covid but didn’t get one. First final missed since 1989. Anfield getting bigger has its disadvantages!

Another unsuccessful ballot. Season after season, corporate are looked after as they’ve got all the money in the world to spend. Whereas the people who graft there arses off and have been every home league cup game for 10+ years are absolutely shafted. Nice one @LFC

@LFC Never miss a home game in any competition apart from weddings and funerals. Missed out on ballot. Will be my first domestic final missed since 89. Seems unfair that many who can receive (and often pass them on) tickets for two games will be going and not me. It is what it is.
