15-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi is motivating senior players of the Indian T20 team. His batting is a very big thing. Some senior players like Abhishek Sharma, Ishan Kishan, KL Rahul, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Priyansh Arya and Prabhsimran Singh.
some of them are part of the T20 team and some are trying to enter the team. But Vaibhav Suryavanshi has already created pressure on all of them. These players are worried that if Vaibhav scores runs in a few more IPL matches
then some of their careers might end even before IPL.For a few IPL matches these senior players were not performing well, but Vaibhav motivated them in such a way that now all of them have started scoring runs again.

@srt1205 @Vipintiwari952 Chk these records made by the prodigy..n we can have a wager that he will debut for india this year itself. x.com/i/status/20429…

Vaibhav Sooryavanshi has already broken several records in his short career so far 💯💥

@amikap2000 @Vipintiwari952 I also remember the year leading up to the WC. There is a reason Abhishek is or at least was ranked number 1 as a batter in T20I’s during the WC. He made runs everywhere including against a hostile Hazelwood in Aus where everyone else was failing. Longer memory has benefits.

So where exactly do you fit Vaibhav Suryavanshi into this Indian side? A team that literally just won a World Cup?
And if you’re rushing him in, then what’s Yashasvi Jaiswal doing, just waiting in the shadows?
No doubt Vaibhav is playing brilliantly, but this hype train needs a brake. We’ve seen this movie before, two bad games, and the same crowd that’s hyping him today will start calling him a “blind slogger.”
Let the IPL finish. Let him grow. The Indian team isn’t a trial ground, it’s the final stage. Realistically, he’s not breaking into the setup anytime soon, at least not before 2028.
Better to build him properly than throw him in early and watch people tear him down.

@srt1205 @Vipintiwari952 But u need to perform and show consistency..keep giving chances till they prove is actually eating on someone else deserved chance. Competition is good for India's future and he will be taken along for sure.
English

@srt1205 @Vipintiwari952 I think you've got a partial behaviour towards Abhishek..by the way if your memory serves you right WC win ure attributing to him but he had hardly performed running up to the finals. Savarkar rightly so had called for his omission. Nu of ducks was one too many.
English

@amikap2000 @Vipintiwari952 IPL 26 is like 3-4 matches old. Let’s wait till IPL ends before boasting like this. Abhishek was literally batting like Vaibhav was in 2024, and over an entire IPL. You just have short term memory and no appreciation for what players have done over a long period of time.

@srt1205 @Vipintiwari952 Lol comparing strike rate avg of 220 vs 167 of abhiskek, ipl 26 avg of 50 vs 38. Abhishek was given a chance too many thats why more like him or better than him will be needed.
English

@amikap2000 @Vipintiwari952 Abhishek currently demonstrating why he’s in the side. Imagine nitpicking over a 270-280 S/R of a WC winner just for a shiny new toy.

@srt1205 @Vipintiwari952 So due to those innings he got his due now due to better innings strike rate same way he should too on current form.. anyways moat probably he is in for Afghanistan tour.
English

@amikap2000 @Vipintiwari952 Also Abhishek hit a 140 odd run knock at 260 S/R Chase 240+ just last season. How short memories are. This is forgetting the numerous blitzkreig inns he has played in international cricket.

#VaibhavSuryavanshi is the kind of generational talent who empties out homes, bars, restaurants, cinema halls et al and fills up cricket grounds. The most watched snd discussed player, he is the toast of this IPL season snd we are still only in the second week!
English

@Bihar_se_hai Seriously .. look at the future and be delighted for Indian Criclet.
English

@srt1205 @Vipintiwari952 Why compare him to Abhishek ..did Abhishek make the fastest Indian IPL 100 or for that matter strike rate close to 300. Every year counts of his peak performance and if at all ghe fails after due chances then he can go through that grind. At present performing at a higher level.
English

@amikap2000 @Vipintiwari952 If he continues playing like this, then sure. But not a couple of years ago, Abhishek Sharma was thrashing like this in the IPL, and now everyone seems ready to drop him despite his performance in the WC final. Fortunes turn on a dime. I prefer he gets a season or 2 of A cricket.

Vaibhav Sooryavanshi is no longer a 'future but a NOW star"! At just 15, he has destroyed IPL 2026 with Youngest everything in cricket batting history. Selectors, it’s time blend him into the senior T20 squad NOW! India needs this fearless left-hander.

@srt1205 @Vipintiwari952 He will play for team India come what may .
English

@amikap2000 @Vipintiwari952 I am willing to bet if he has failures in the next handful of inns, the same people will be talking about any technical deficiencies he has.
English

@DrSudhakar_ @RCBTweets @rajasthanroyals When you witness such a mesmerising innings from such a young lad ..your individual team priority dissolves and the only thing that comes to mind is ..When will he play for Team India !!!

I’ll be the first to admit: as a diehard RCB fan, seeing our bowling attack taken apart, even all the way in Guwahati, is a tough pill to swallow.
But last night was one of those rare moments where you just have to stand up and applaud. I found myself simply marveling at the sheer brilliance of 15-year-old Vaibhav Sooryavanshi.
To see a teenager walk out and smash 78 runs off just 26 balls against world-class veterans like Josh Hazlewood and Bhuvneshwar Kumar is nothing short of incredible. 8 fours and 7 sixes; it wasn’t just batting; it was a fearless statement.
In a city like Bengaluru, where we live and breathe cricket, we recognize a special talent the moment we see it. While my heart always beats for the Men in Red & Gold, my head bows to the grit and skill of this young man. He’s turned the "Battle Royale" into his own personal highlight reel!
Vaibhav, you’ve earned the respect of every cricket lover back home in Karnataka. The future of Indian cricket is in very explosive hands! 🇮🇳🔥
